Prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or error in your order.

• Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM
• Delivery charges may apply for orders under 15 BHD

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Products must be in their original packaging
• Products must not have been consumed or used
• Damaged or spoiled products will be replaced free of charge
• Wrong items delivered will be replaced immediately

• Digital payments: Refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the order in a secure location or attempt redelivery the next day.
